Waiver

Attention!!! The following waiver must be filled out by everyone staying in our facility, regardless of participation on our trampolines. Furthermore, the parent or court issued legal guardian must fill out waivers for their kids that are under the age of 18. Incomplete and/or incorrectly filled out waivers will not be accepted. Thank You.

Note: We no longer offer a paper waiver. All waivers must be completed online or at our facility.
